PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Randy Marquardt applies over 25 years of experience to every STR-SEG project. His experience in the roof consulting field varies from CAD drafting and supervision of specification writing to design review and ownership.

With an outstanding ability to see the entirety of the project. Randy is able to properly coordinate construction detailing and product specification to eliminate potential conflicts and confusion regarding the intent of the design. This overview and attention to detail promotes accurate, competitive bidding and ensures that the project will run smoothly once construction begins. Randy embraces the goal of delivering to the client a quality, functional end product at the best possible cost.

Throughout his career, Mr. Marquardt has maintained an open mind to a wide variety of construction products and techniques, attempting to stay informed of changing market conditions, contractors, companies, products and technology. With experience working with a wide variety of clients, building types and building ages, both in new construction and renovation, Randy is able to analyze and develop solutions to any kind of building envelope problem.
